Down to the studs reno. This home needed it all! Electrical updates, kitchen bath remodeling,floors and even the addition of a 5th bedroom by opening a stairwell to the attic to create a lofty master bedroom with a walk in closet. The original oak floors needed refinishing, and were practically the only thing salvaged from the 1927 home.  New front and rear fir and glass paneled doors modernized the bungalow. Interior and exterior paint throughout. Bright and modern wallpaper became focal points in 3 main rooms. This house was a labour of love.
